Sleepy Lark ships from Spain and applies European consumer law to every order, wherever you live.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, email raulkeepworking@gmail.com with your order number. We will refund every payment received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of being informed.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

On top of the legal right above, we give you 30 days from delivery to decide. If Hushling is not right for your household, tell us and we will refund the full amount. No interrogation.

Who pays for the return

The direct cost of returning the item is yours, unless the product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in which case we cover it.

Faulty or damaged items

Email us with photos of the product. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Legal warranty

All products carry the two-year legal conformity warranty under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
