Terms and Conditions of Sale
These conditions govern the relationship between Sleepy Lark and the customer for every purchase made through this online store, under applicable Spanish and European law.
1. The seller

2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on your delivery country, import duties or local taxes may apply; they are determined and collected by your local authorities and are not included in the price. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed.
3. Placing an order
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these conditions in full. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods offered at checkout, including credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely over an encrypted connection. We never store your card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free worldwide. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days within mainland Spain and 7–15 business days for the rest of the world. See our Shipping Policy for the detail.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the contract, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
7. Legal warranty
All products carry the two-year legal conformity warranty under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
8. Intended use and safety
Hushling is a comfort device for household use, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Adult supervision is required. Keep the device and its cable out of the crib and out of children's reach, place it well away from the crib, and keep the volume low.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer's domicile, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
